1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiteLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LiteLaunch is an AI-powered social media content generation and scheduling platform. The Service allows you to create branded content, generate images, schedule posts, and publish to connected social media accounts.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to generate content that violates the terms of connected social media platforms
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including text posts, captions, and brand materials you upload. AI-generated images created through the Service are provided for your use in accordance with the applicable AI provider's terms.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., publishing posts to social media platforms on your behalf).

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI (captions, images, prompts) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for content published to your social media accounts.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until the next renewal.

8. Credits and Usage Limits

AI image generation uses credits that reset monthly based on your subscription tier. Unused credits do not roll over. Text content generation (captions, hashtags) is unlimited on all plans.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Google Drive, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts depend on the availability of both our service and the target social media platform. We are not liable for posts that fail to publish due to platform outages, expired tokens, or other factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiteLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
